You are invited to Draw With Me LIVE on Thursday, January 5.
Please note there will be no DWM this December. To make up for it, I will be hosting two DWM’s in January. This one, and then another one later in the month.
This is going to be the most unique drawing session ever. If you’re interested in learning how to work within the limits of a strict illustration style, this DWM is for you! I’ll be guiding you through a series of exercises in which we will build up a very limited visual language, and then see what happens when we try drawing stuff without breaking our “rules”.
We’ll also be drawing a lot from our imagination in this one. No reference images!
I think it’s going to be really fun and will definitely get us out of our comfort zones!

What Will We Do?
I have a fun, guided drawing exercise to go through with all of you. It’s simple and accessible (yet still challenging) to artists/non artists of all levels.
What Do We Need to Bring?
Today we’ll be using a plain round digital brush or a rounded-tip Sharpie if using physical media. Otherwise, just have your favourite pencil or drawing supplies and a sketchbook/plain paper. iPads are okay too. That’s it!
